I couldn’t be happier with the work On The Spot Home Improvements did in my condo. The transformation is incredible. They converted my old tub into a gorgeous walk-in shower with beautiful tile work and a sleek glass enclosure. It honestly feels like a spa now. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. They also installed recessed lighting in my living room and bedroom, removed an old damaged drywall section that had peel-and-stick faux white brick, installed a new storm door to the balcony, and painted the entire apartment. What used to be a mismatched mix of red and outdated colors is now a bright, modern, cohesive space that feels brand new. The recessed lighting alone completely changed the feel of the home. Shady, the project manager, was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered on his promise to complete the job on time. Edyn and Juan, the skilled craftsmen on the project, were hardworking, professional, meticulous, and excellent communicators throughout the entire process. The billing was transparent, with no surprise fees, and the permitting and inspections went smoothly. This was a major renovation, and they made it stress-free. I highly recommend On The Spot Home Improvements — quality work, integrity, and results that truly exceeded my expectations.

We had a new addition built by On the Spot, which we have turned into our new dining room! Our Project Manager, Chris, ensured that all aspects of the work was done meticulously, as if the workers were building the addition for their own homes. Chris was there to handle the vast majority of inspections from our town and address any questions/concerns the inspector had. The new addition has become the focal point of our house, and we are very happy with how it turned out. Kudos to On the Spot sub-contractors and to Chris for making that happen.

John and his team's work is exceptional. John has a standard of excellence that's second to none; we contracted John to do a full closet conversion as well as external door replacements and we are so happy with the results. The craftsmanship is vividly clear in his work and it makes all the difference in the world. John's pricing is fair and the results are well worth it. Will be working again with John for our future projects.
