Earlier this year we ordered a vanity for a downstairs bathroom not knowing what to expect. The vanity arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was packed very well. The quality of the piece from the countertop to the cabinets is wonderful and is very well made. We were so impressed with the quality we ordered another vanity for an upstairs bathroom. After placing that order, we realized we ordered the wrong sink shape (wanted rectangle vs. oval) and wanted to switch out the hardware from black to brushed nickel. I reached out via email to Ariel Bath and received a response the following day from Justine. She was incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. She confirmed she updated the sink shape and sent me a form I filled out to place my hardware finish change request. The vanity arrived today (very quickly again) with the requested hardware and sink shape we wanted. It is another beautiful piece we will add to our home. I continue to be very impressed with this company not only for the product they sell, but for the customer service they provide. In today's world it seems difficult to find a company who is responsive with friendly customer service, provides a superior product and is efficient - Ariel Bath is all of these things.

I would give negative stars if I could. I received a vanity & unpacked the box enough to see the color. It looked nothing like the photo, so I called immediately & explained to the representative. I sent a picture & she actually said it looked like I had the wrong item sent. I clarified and said the box actually indicates it’s the same color & item I ordered, but it looks nothing like it. She agreed. I had to take it completely out of the box, send more pictures, send more emails, finally to be told it would be picked up on a specific day by the shipping company to be returned. I later received an email asking if another day would work, to which I replied it would. I made arrangements to be home to have it picked up, but after sending 4 emails because I didn’t receive confirmation, I called & was told they weren’t receiving my email (so I texted a screenshot of my emails). I was then told I would get a return call from the person I originally spoke to. I later received her call & was told I would have to pay the return shipping because the item wasn’t damaged. At no point was I ever told or was there even a suggestion that I would have to pay return shipping, which I explained. I reminded her I was already told the item was arranged for pickup because the product was misrepresented & she even acknowledge it looked like the wrong item. I asked to speak to a supervisor & not surprised to be told one wasn’t available. I’m still going in circles trying to return something that has been highly misrepresented & should already be enroute, but after almost 2 weeks of persistent phone calls & emails, still have no resolution. It’s difficult to determine whether this is a legit company, or if the employees are incompetent. I read many reviews and with the vast quantity of glowing feedback, I have to assume it’s bogus. I honestly can’t remember the last time I have been gaslit by a company - most companies understand they have competition, want to take care of their customers & have them return. I am a very loyal customer when I receive fair & honest customer service. To anyone considering ordering from this company without seeing the item in person, I would highly advise against it.

Bought this vanity for our master bathroom mini remodel. Loved the amount of drawers it had compared to our other one. Backsplash had a small chip in it. Called Home Depot.com who got me in touch with customer service. I sent a couple of picture and they replaced it right away. Anh and Gen were extremely helpful considerate and was able to will call a new backsplash the next day in Huntington Beach. 8 stars! I love a company with great customer service.
