Inspired Remodels

We are incredibly happy we chose Inspired Remodels for our master bathroom renovation. We held off on this project for years due to a deep-seated fear of construction, having had several bad experiences with contractors in the past. But Inspired Remodels completely changed our perspective. The design phase was fantastic, starting with their showroom. They offer an extensive selection of high-quality samples (from various tiles and hardware to sinks and tubs), making it easy to visualize and choose materials. Our designer, Bren, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly listened to our vision, including some of our more unusual requests, and helped us seamlessly blend them into a cohesive and beautiful design. For items they didn't have a direct vendor relationship with, Inspired Remodels was instrumental in helping us purchase the materials, and buying through them ensured everything arrived on time, which made coordination for the build team extremely easy. The execution of the project was smooth and professional. A major highlight was being able to work with each specialized team (plumbing, electrical, and installation). Each member provided valuable advice based on their personal, practical experience. They made sure to point out anything they thought we should be aware of, demonstrating their commitment to quality and transparency. After the work was complete, they even had cleaners come in to thoroughly clean our master bathroom and bedroom, leaving us with zero mess. The renovation was completed a year ago, and we are still thrilled with the results and the quality of the craftsmanship. This was our first remodel in our home and my husband and I were very pleased with the results and professionalism of Inspired Remodels. We felt very comfortable and confident in their abilities; Joe was very helpful during the design process. He listened to our ideas, evaluated the space and created a beautiful and functional kitchen design. Their showroom was great, as it made selection of materials a breeze. We had a vision of turning our breakfast nook into a bar area, adjoining it to our kitchen space. The design made the space larger and open with a much improved contemporary style. Our old kitchen hadn't been touched since 1990! Jason served as our project manager. Very responsive and made sure that every concern and detail was addressed and completed. The sub contractors are skilled and did great work. The project was pretty much on schedule (they estimated 6 weeks) with only a few tiny items requiring extra attention, which were taken care of. There were a few surprises during the demo phase, as to be expected, which resulted in additional payments. We definitely recommend this company if you need a full service contractor. We plan on using them for our next remodel project.

A friend had recommended Inspired Remodels for our master bathroom remodel, and we were quite impressed with their team and how they operate from start to finish. Remodeling projects can be quite complicated, but their communication and scheduling process ensured everything went as smoothly and hassle free as possible. Joe, Jason, Colin, and Timothy provided excellent guidance and timely responses to our questions and concerns. Although it was not in their control, a handful of issues did surface with the quality of the products/materials we selected, but they did arrange to fix or replace without issue. There were a couple areas damaged in high traffic areas in our home, but again, they were on it. No finger pointing as to whether contractors damaged it or if it was existing damage. Take note you will be expected to purchase all fixtures through their company unless it is a product not offered by their vendors. This could end up costing you more compared to purchasing them on your own, but keep in mind they take on the liability if there are quality or delivery issues with the fixtures that could delay the project. In essence you are paying for peace of mind and also the time they take in making recommendations. Oh, and the finished product? What a transformation! Absolutely stunning!
