Flawless full-home renovation -- unmatched quality, price, and professionalism! Mario and his renovation team completely transformed our home from top to bottom, and the results are beyond stunning. They renovated three bathrooms, the entire kitchen, floating stairs, sliding glass doors, and full interior flooring across both stories -- all finished with impeccable craftsmanship and modern design. They also painted the entire house, taking it from textured walls to smooth, seamless finishes, handled all new electrical work, and installed a completely new spotlight and LED lighting network throughout. From the custom tile work and walk-in closets to the flawless cabinetry and lighting integration, every corner of the house shows their attention to detail. Mario personally oversees the work and makes sure everything is done right the first time. The pricing, timeline, and quality are truly unbeatable delivered exactly as promised. If you want a contractor who treats your home like their own, delivers luxury level finishes, and keeps everything on schedule. We hired Modern Renovations to remodel our bathroom and laundry area, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The project timeline was clearly planned and well-organized from the start, and everything stayed on schedule. With the exception of a few hiccups due to unforeseen water damage from years ago that was discovered only after demo. Communication was great throughout the process, and the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their design ideas were better than anything I could have come up with myself. The quality of workmanship is excellent — clean finishes, great attention to detail, and a beautiful final outcome. Highly recommend!
