Throughout the actual work, their contractor Mike was exceptional at keeping me informed every step of the way. He communicated clearly about timelines, progress, and any little details, which made the whole renovation feel smooth and worry-free. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the team was professional, clean, and respectful of our home. In the bathroom, they nailed that perfect mix of durable and stylish—my kids love it! Paul did an excellent job assessing the work we wanted to get done, adding in helpful suggestions and steering us towards a remodel that really fit our needs. Wayne and Eric were the workmen who did the heavy lifting, and I can't say enough nice things about them. I've never worked with people before who were so consistently punctual, communicated so clearly, and didn't cut any corners. They did high quality work in a professional manner and as a result we have the bathrooms and kitchen that we've been dreaming about. We recently partnered with New Life to complete a total refresh of our home in Santa Maria. The several months-long project went very smoothly due to the professionalism and artful work of the entire New Life team. Paul and Karlie walked us through each phase of the project with detailed design presentations and accurate quotes. Both were dedicated to keeping us informed of project status. It is clear that Paul has developed good working relationships with local suppliers and crafts people. Each of his supplier recommendations proved to be spot on for our project. Karlie has a keen eye for design and managed the selection and procurement of materials thoroughly. She made the entire process very easy for us. Mauricio supervised the entire project from start to completion. He is a masterful craftsman, with astonishing attention to detail. Mauricio and his team member Adrian were respectful of the fact that we were living in a construction zone for many months. Their extra efforts at cleaning work areas at the end of each workday, and consulting with us on how to navigate the various projects to minimize our discomfort, impressed us on a daily basis. They both do beautiful work. Juan supervised the painting of the entire interior of our home. He and his crew are expert painters who are mindful of protecting home surroundings while doing their work. We are well impressed with Juan’s and his team’s work ethic. They often stayed late into the workday to ensure that we were left with a clean space. I will not hesitate to recommend all members of the New Life team. We are thrilled with the results of our refreshed home, and we have New Life to thank for it.
