STS Contractors

This summer we had a backyard project that we've been saving for years to do, but there were too many interconnecting tasks for me to plan and orchestrate it myself. I realized very quickly that I needed a general contractor, and I believe very strongly in hiring local - that's where STS comes into the picture. Scott and his team were AMAZING! He understood our vision and all the moving parts: power washing, deck repairs, painting, regrading the slope, using our own stone and creating a beautiful patio. After a good washing over and under, his carpenter assessed every deck board, conscious of our budget and replaced what needed replacing or flipped the boards with usable under-sides. Meanwhile, his stone craftsman can only be described as a master of his art. Not only did he use the granite we had on-site, but cleverly concealed a new drainage system to prevent erosion. The electrician not only took care of the new decorative cafe lighting, but also replaced two exterior wall fixtures. It's gorgeous! We're looking forward to a few more additional decorative aspects, but we couldn't be happier. What started as a muddy, embarrassing mess is now a peaceful haven. Scott is amazing. His team is amazing. We highly recommend STS and plan to continue to hire him for our future projects.

I had a bad experience with other contractors so after doing my research I decided to call STS Contractors. From the beginning they were very professional, detailed oriented and very accommodating and gave me and my family the piece of mind that I was in good hands. They got to work right away and worked very hard. From the beginning the owner, Scott was very helpful offering great suggestions and feedback on every aspect of the project. He was an expert on colors, materials, textures, lightning, styles , finishes, etc. He was very helpful throughout the entire process of the renovations. After getting to know the crew and the owner, I felt comfortable enough to go on vacation out of the country while the guys worked. The owner was very engaged and would give me frequent updates. The constant evolution, and quality of work, made me add on more projects to the renovation . I was mind blown with the transformation of all these renovations especially the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room, fence/gate, plumbing and electrical upgrades. I typically don't leave reviews but they did such an fantastic job that I had to share my experience. I am truly graceful we found STS Contractors. I have already recommended them to all my friends for any future renovations they may have. THANK YOU STS CONTRACTORS. I definitely will be considering STS CONTRACTORS for any future renovations.

STS Contractors are hands down one of the most honest companies I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke with Scott about an issue I was having at home, and instead of trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services like many other contractors, he took the time to give me straightforward advice over the phone.
