Professional approach. Good at communicating and have a system that reduces the likelihood of having issues/changes once the project starts. Being able to talk to the interior decorators was very helpful. If you don't get the decor, fittings, etc. right you will probably be disappointed no matter how good the build quality is.
We just finished our full bathroom and toilet renovation with All Bathroom Gear and they were absolutely unreal! We spoke to 5 companies and got 3 formal quotes. All Bathroom Gear's quote was by far the most detailed and thorough. It specified all details including brand and models of all items we chose. Compared to other quotes where we had no idea of the specific items they had included. All Bathroom Gear allowed us time to choose every item and provided excellent advice. Their quote was slightly more expensive than the others, however due to the level of detail I truly believe the others would have hit us with variations once the job started. All Bathroom Gear was fair and invoiced less for scope that wasn't needed, and offered a fair price for variations we chose along the way. They also had a supervisor (Darren) who ran the job and was our main point of contact. He was very professional and kept us updated throughout it all. Our house only has one bathroom, so we were very cautious of the project being dragged out longer than needed. Darren and Paul provided us with a full schedule for the project, showing who would be attending on which days and what would be done. This was before we had even paid a deposit as well. That sealed the deal for us and we knew these guys were legit and would do a good job. They also ran to this schedule almost exactly. Would highly recommend All Bathroom Gear!
We visited another highly visible nation wide plumbing supply company which was an utter disaster, no service or care at all. Our visit on the other hand to All Bathroom Gear was a breath of fresh air from the moment we entered the showroom to be greeted by Paul Habarow. His knowledge is second to none in all things bathroom. Service is exceptional the whole operation runs so smoothly. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.
