ARK genuinely cares about meeting client requirements ARK Bathrooms renovated two bathrooms in my investment property in Brisbane. As I live interstate, I was initially nervous about managing a renovation remotely, but ARK made the process smooth and kept me updated throughout via the Wunderbuild app. What stood out most was their genuine commitment to understanding our requirements and their strong admin support, which made communication much easier. Overall, we were very happy with the team — everyone was easy to deal with and our tenants were happy with the experience as well. Nathan supervised the project and communicated progress clearly, remaining transparent and responsive throughout. Emily, Phoebe and Lola were great on the admin side, and Cory was very helpful with design guidance and selections. The workmanship across the bathrooms (Jordan, Theo, James and Jay to name a few) was completed neatly and to a high standard. There were a couple of minor issues and a few communication delays, but they were handled professionally and resolved promptly. Highly recommend and Wishing the team all the very best.

Corey listened and helped plan out the whole job of two bathrooms and a laundry to be done professionally and in a timely manner. Thankyou! All trades cleaned up as they went (drop sheets used) and a final clean was a nice touch! I appreciate being able to talk to each trade to make sure what is being done and if any problems or alterations need to be made. Being able to supply some items and purchase others from Ark is a flexibility I also appreciated. Thankyou to the team for such a beautiful and functional bathroom completed on time, on budget and professionally!

Bathrooms are a big, important and expensive part of a home renovation with a lot of moving parts and interconnected decisions necessary. We had high hopes & expectations of our bathroom renovation in our Woolstore and the crew at ARK delivered well. We spent a good amount of time designing the layout, choosing the tiles, fittings, cabinetry, etc and I think this was critical in our satisfaction of the end result. We were well guided & assisted throughout this process by the admin team who are the unsung heroes of the process and an integral component of the success. Despite seeming like an eternity, everything was completed pretty much on schedule and all the tradespeople completed their work neatly and efficiently. It’s hard to single out any one trade but I’d have to say that Pat the Tiler did a superb job that makes you just want to step back, take a good look, draw in a deep breath and say “yeah, real nice job”! So yes, a fantastic end result with good support and quality trade work completed.
