BATS Bathrooms

I completely remodeled my ensuite bathroom and couldn’t be happier . We had Brodie, Jake, Jacob, Lester and Troy working at our home . They were the most professional, respectful and engaging team that I ever had in any remodeling job. The quality of the work is outstanding . They worry about all the details and are more than happy to explain things to you. The work went smoothly, from the get go. The whole process from quote to completion was so professional! Yet, it is a family business, they do care and are really proud about their employees and outstanding work quality. They left the house and the bathroom impeccable in the end . Everything was cleaned . They are equally careful during the building as well. Not a dent in any wall or ceiling, dust taken care of and tarps everywhere . Need to get more things to remodel now so that I can work with these guys again! Very impressed.

We were alerted of water leaking in our showers when we re-laid our flooring. We had then obtained a couple of quotes before approaching Rhys of BATS Bathrooms, who was straightforward and clear with his diagnosis of our problems and the way to fix them. Thus, instead of opting for a short-term solution, we opted for a complete refurbishment of two of our three bathrooms. Rhys put Marty to project plan the refurbishment process from demolition, waterproofing, tiling to fixtures installation; and he was the person we turned to with all our queries, whose prompt response cleared our doubts. He made a couple of site visits to ensure work would progress smoothly, and personally gave directions to his colleagues on the day work began. The relevant tradesmen punctually turned up at seven each morning, and were all very friendly and efficient in their work (for example, realigning the pipework to fit our new vanities and showers, and installing new downlights). We would like to thank Tim the carpenter for looking after some important small details that we have missed and Chris the tiler for additionally repairing a few tiles in our kitchen. Voila, ten working days later, not only has our water-leaking problem been fixed, we also have two bathrooms rejuvenated with professionally tiled walls and floor and new fixtures. Many thanks to you guys at BATS Bathrooms! We will give our unreserved recommendation to anyone looking for a facelift for their bathrooms.

BATS bathrooms did a double renovation on our ensuite and main bathroom at the same time. From the beginning they were professional and easy to work with. Marty was our main contact and was helpful at every stage, answering any questions we had. All the team were excellent, extremely professional workmanship and took extra care to clean up mess but a big thanks to Tim (carpenter) Esma and Ash (Tilers) for their excellent work and helpfulness throughout the process. Extremely happy with the finished product. Would recommend BATS to anyone that was looking for quality bathroom renovations.
