I honestly couldn’t be happier with my apartment bathroom renovation. Going into the process, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Andy guided me through every step. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. Communication was outstanding. Andy and Russell were always easy to contact, answered calls and emails promptly, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They provided a clear timeline at the start and stuck to it almost to the minute — which was incredibly important to me as I had to move out during the renovation and wanted to minimise the time I was away from home. The quality of the work is exceptional. The tiling is immaculate, and the cabinetry is finished to a very high standard. They treated my home with great respect and even cleaned my lounge room before finishing up, which I really appreciated. Any issues that came up were communicated immediately, with clear explanations and solutions. They were transparent, professional, and the project stayed pretty much on budget. On top of all that, they were just genuinely personable and easy to deal with. I’m so happy with the result that I’ll be getting them back to renovate my kitchen next. Highly recommend!
