5 Star Granny Flats built us a completely custom granny flat to our exact specifications while also contending with our council's unreasonable fire and flood requirements. All the staff were very friendly and they smashed it out with no fuss or bother. Our site had poor access, and the location of the granny flat required extensive excavation and an intricate slab. On top of this, they were required to build a complex rain management system for the council, even after encountering issues outside of their control they just kept moving and got the job done. Very happy with the final product. It is a one of a kind granny flat of an extremely high quality.
We had our granny flat built by Sakris, Nick, Zahi, Tony, and Eva (5 Star Granny Flats Team). From start to finish, they were very easy to deal with, always friendly, and their service was really good. They made the whole process much less stressful than I expected, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. The only small issue we faced was with the concrete driveway, which took about three weeks to complete. However, Sakris and his team made sure everything was sorted out properly, and in the end, it turned out great A big thank you to Zahi for the helpful consultation, Eva for the beautiful design work, Tony for guiding us with the tiles and colours, Nick for being such a reliable on-site supervisor, and of course to Sakris for managing the whole 5 Star Granny Flats Team so well.
