I had an excellent experience with Blue Gum granny flats. I was new to the process but Faraj did a great job walking me through the numbers and the process as well as offering flexibility with variations and being able to do some of the work to save some costs. On their team, Jacob was the builder overseeing that the construction went smoothly and ensured things were done correctly, and i want to call out the great communication all around. Sarah also did a great job keeping me up to date with the weekly progress and the the schedule of things and helping me choose finishes. I was happy with the finished product and I had the utmost confidence things were built to a high standard.

"Absolutely the best! From start to finish, our experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Faraj proposed a fantastic plan tailored perfectly to our needs, and tweaking it was a breeze. Within just three weeks of the first proposal, we had approval. He also provided such a solid, professional quote that our bank approved our finances immediately. Work kicked off on 08/01/2026, and there was absolutely no drama. Aaron was great at organising regular site visits so we could track the progress, and they really helped us nail the details—especially the colour selections and a stunning feature wall in the bathroom. They wrapped up and got the FOC by 30/03/2026, which is an amazing turnaround. We had an inspection just one week later, and the property was rented out immediately. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!"
