My site was very difficult being two levels Paul (sales) was amazing in finding us the right design for the block Shane (site manager)was the easiest person ever to liaise with, paying close attention to our needs while managing all the trades. They also beautifully managed to keep safe and happy our 15yearold Staffy X dog….making sure the fencing during the build stayed secure. I was extremely nervous about this “adventure” and am now very happy with the end result Thank you Bungalow Homes for my cosy new villa!!! Looking forward to enjoying my new home. Communication with the office was always clear and responsive, and any questions, details or changes were handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and the overall quality of the build met our expectations. A special mention goes to Shane Hopper, the site manager and hands-on supervisor, who was outstanding throughout the build. He was consistently present on site, highly professional and genuinely committed to the project. Despite living in the Blue Mountains, he often stayed late or returned to site to ensure everything was completed properly. His practical, hands-on approach and reliability made a real difference.
