We had a stress free and smooth experience with the inhouse team from start to finish. ✅Tony provided a clear and helpful onsite quotation, and Helen was always supportive when we needed to make variations. ✅During the design stage, Rashmi’s recommendations were thoughtful and well-considered, so we hardly needed to make any changes. ✅For material selections, Jake and Mansour guided us on what worked best together, making the process easy and enjoyable. ✅Once construction began, Dylan and Benan worked closely to ensure everything ran seamlessly. They coordinated the process very well and were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We felt well looked after by Dylan and Benan throughout the entire build, with George overseeing the whole project. If we were to build again, the inhouse team would definitely be our first choice!

The experience was above our expectations and we are very happy with the final outcome.We quoted several builders and eventually decided to go with in house granny flat based on its experience, price, responsiveness. This is our first project to build a attached granny flat/extension on existing dwelling also due to limit access and complexity, it turns out inhouse granny flat is a right choice! Thanks for Tony Taouk, George Elias, Chris Smith, Helen Meng, Benan Comert and other team members during the whole process. The builder didn't just build strictly to the drawings also considered how the space would work in reality, and made several reasonable adjustments to the original plan based on real on-site conditions, which we really appreciated. Theses changes actually improved the overall layout and made much more sense in daily use, name a few: the kitchen was made slightly larger per Tony's valuable advice. Tony 's very experienced after initial site visiting he quickly identified and provided advice. building contact was explained clearly to us and executed in a timely manner. George made a key change to rebuild new retaining wall which was greatly improved the layout, usability and appearance of the back of the house. also he overseen the external building process by regularly instructing and checking works. Chris and his team delivered the satisfactory work, the additional skylights now make room brighter than before. Helen is patient with all my questions and responsive even its may not her area. Thanks to other team member too for helping such as material selection and accounts payment etc. Benan is detailed and spent time patiently with us to ensure all needs addressed clearly and kind to help as much as he can. Like any construction project, there was a few small things that we had been worked on and all resolved properly. The whole team is responsive and with can do attitude, the quality of work, responsive, communication, and willingness to adjust when needed made this such a positive experience. We would highly recommend inHouse Granny flat for building construction granny flat and we will come back for future projects in need.
